Course Curriculum Includes:
* Serv Safe Food Safety & Responsible Alcohol Service Certification
* Basic to Advanced Cooking
* Basic Baking
* Hospitality & Restaurant Management
* Nutrition
* Human Resources Management & Supervision
* Controlling Food Service costs
* Culinary Math

Program Prerequisites:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Informational Session and Orientation
* TABE Assessment Testing - Reading 9th grade level / Math 10th grade level
