Salon opens at MCCTC

With school back in session, the Cosmetology students at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center are opening their salon to the public beginning Tuesday, September 27. Salon hours are Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. by appointment only through May.

The cosmetology students will offer haircuts, hairstyles, perms, relaxers, facials, hair removal, hair color and manicures. All services are performed by students under the supervision of their instructor and prices start at just $6.
