    Two- and four-year degrees in Horticulture are available from several local universities. Degrees may be obtained in Floriculture, Landscape Design, Turf Management, Research, Greenhouse Production and Education.

    Comments:

    Horticulture is a diverse and broad-spectrum program that encompasses multiple aspects of the green industry. It will prepare you for many career opportunities with steadily increasing earning potential, limited only by your desire to achieve.  A strong science background is helpful and students should enjoy working with people, be self-motivated and have a true love of plants.
