    Two-year associate degrees in culinary arts, hospitality management, and hotel/restaurant management. Four-year professional degrees in restaurant management, institutional food management, dietetics and nutrition.

    Comments:

    Students can develop the skills necessary for success in the food service/hospitality industry. They are eligible to obtain ProStart certification and National Restaurant Association sanitation certification, and can enhance their skills by participating in the ProStart internship program while in school. ProStart training allows each student hands-on time in our deli, bakery, commercial foods kitchen and Oak Room Restaurant.
