Two-year Program
Construction Technologies provides a broad survey of construction fields preparing students for work in the building trades and construction management. Students will be prepared for advanced studies in a specific construction technology field or an apprenticeship program.
What you’ll learn:
Skilled trades (including carpentry, electricity, plumbing, masonry and concrete), Information Technology Applications; Communications Skills; Tools and Equipment; Building Materials; Construction Documentation; Safety, Health and Environment and Estimating.

Comments:
Upon completion of the two-year high school program, students may go directly into an approved apprenticeship program or pursue a certificate, associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil and construction engineering technology at Youngstown State University.
